Pasta Carbonara Recipe
Pasta Carbonara recipe. This delightful Main Course recipe of Pasta Carbonara can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Beef undercut 250 gm
Egg beaten 2
Milk ¼ cup
Thyme 1 tsp
Shell pasta boiled ½ packet
Parmesan cheese grated 50 gm
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Fresh cream 2 – 3 tbsp
Heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a wok, add 250 gm chopped beef and fry till golden brown.
In a bowl mix together 2 – 3 tbsp cream, ¼ cup milk, 1 tsp thyme, salt to taste and ½ tsp crushed black pepper. Mix very well.
Now add boiled pasta to the wok, also add in egg mixture gradually. Stir contentiously.
Then add in 25 gm parmesan cheese. Mix well and dish it out.
Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese and serve hot.
